Tower Theater to Close for Essential Repairs on Monday, August 5

The Tower Theater

Miami, August 1, 2013 - Miami’s historic Tower Theater, operated and programmed by Miami Dade College (MDC), will close beginning on August 5, for some essential repairs and refurbishments. MDC will keep the community apprised regarding the reopening of the beloved landmark as it works with the City of Miami on its renovation.

Meantime, MDC will continue offering art cinema programming at its Koubek Center - located at 2705 S.W. Third St., Miami, 33135 – on Thursdays through Sundays beginning August 8.
