Transcripts for Fall 2016

If you are requesting an official transcript for Fall 2016 grades, please submit your request via email. Send your Transcript Request Form with a valid picture ID via email to

You may print your individualized enrollment verification 24 hours a day/7 days a week from any computer/printer with internet access. Log in using your secure MYMDC account and access and print the enrollment verification. Verifications are only available after the 100% refund period for the term and class(es) that you are taking. There is no charge for this service.

Login to your MyMDC portal and click Login to MDConnect.   

  • Login to your account
  • Go to "Main Menu"
  • Click "Self-Service"
  • Go to "Student Center"
  • On the drop-down menu click "Other Academic" and click the arrow
  • Click "Enrollment Verification"
  • Select your choice 

Order by Mail or E-Mail

To mail or e-mail a request, you must complete a Transcript Request Form and sign the form and include a clear and legible photocopy of your valid picture ID with signature (such as your driver's license).

Mailed requests must be sent to the address below. A check or money order must be made payable to Miami Dade College.

  • Requests for official transcripts will not be processed until the official transcript processing fee has been paid and any other outstanding obligations to Miami Dade College have been met. Obligations to Miami Dade College include (but are not limited to) unpaid fees, overdue loans, defaulted loans, pending official and complete academic transcripts from all institutions attended, overdue library books, audiovisual and/or athletic equipment borrowed but never returned.
  • Allow three (3) working days after payment has been received for your official academic transcript request to be processed. After the transcript has been processed, it will be mailed via the US Postal Service. Allow 5-7 days for receipt of the transcript.
  • Once an official transcript has been ordered, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Sending Transcripts to MDC

Applicants for admission must request final, official academic transcripts from all secondary (high school) and postsecondary (college/university) attended. Domestic (U.S.) high school and/or college/university transcripts must be sent to Miami Dade College either electronically or by mail directly from the institution(s) to the address below.

  • If you are a Florida public high school graduate, Miami Dade College will electronically request your transcript. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the College receives your final high school transcript.
  • Domestic academic transcript(s) and /or diploma(s) hand carried or mailed by the student will not be accepted.

Students with General Educational Development (GED)

All non-Florida GED’s should be sent to Transcript Processing Services to the following address:

Home Schooled Students

Students must bring a signed affidavit submitted by the student’s parent or legal guardian attesting that the student has completed a Florida home education program.

Foreign High School/ and or Foreign College/University

Students who attended a foreign high school and/or college/university must bring all final, official academic documents to a campus Admissions and Registration Office.
