Required Documents:

  • 2014 taxes and W2s (if applicable) for the 2015-16 FAFSA
  • DHS Documentation if applicable
  • Driver's License 
  • FAFSA PIN numbers (if applicable)

*Note: "Dependent" students will need both parent and student income tax information.
