Miami Dade College Kendall Campus and the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami to Launch Campus Choral Academy


Miami, June 25, 2012 - Aspiring vocalists will get the chance to hone their craft when Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Kendall Campus and the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami launch the  MDC Kendall Campus Choral Academy this fall.

The Choral Academy is open to all high school students in Miami-Dade County with an interest in vocal music. It will offer courses in chorus, vocal technique, ear training and sight reading.

Registration begins July 16, with classes starting August 27. Students are encouraged to register now, as demand is high and classes are filling quickly.
