Celebrate Valentine’s Day in Style at Tuyo!

In honor of Valentine’s Day, Tuyo, the crown-jewel restaurant at Miami Dade College’s (MDC) Miami Culinary Institute, will offer a romantic and delicious prix-fixe menu. The menu features an elaborate three-course meal, including an optional wine pairing.
Featured dishes on the special Valentine’s Day menu include Lobster Bisque and Acarajé with Crème Fraiche and Dendê Oil; Cod Fritters with Watercress and Radish Salad, and Saffron Aïoli; Chorizo-Wrapped Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with Caramelized Fennel and Shallot Mashed Potatoes, Morel Ragout and Red Wine Jus; a Vegetarian Carnaroli-Champagne Risotto with Mascarpone Cheese, White Asparagus and Périgord Truffle; and Strawberry Cheesecake with Caramelized White Chocolate, and Strawberry Ice Cream, among others.
The fine dining experience and breathtaking views are $85 per person. Tax and gratuity are not included. Tuyo will open early at 5:30 p.m. for first seating and reservations are required.
