Miami Dade College’s Trendsetting Miami Culinary Institute Rolls Out another Season of Culinarium Enthusiast Classes

This spring, learn to chop, cook, bake, and sample wine like the pros at the popular Culinarium Enthusiast Learning Series, offered by the cutting-edge Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) at Miami Dade College (MDC). Classes and demonstrations, led by top food industry and nutrition professionals, are available through June.
Highlights include a variety of classes, including Basic Cooking series, Cake Baking, Icing and Frosting, Lotsa Pasta, Cuisine of the Mediterranean, Cuisine of Asia, Wine Tasting, and even a Date Night course, where couples prepare a gourmet three-course dinner for each other and enjoy it on a candlelit table for two.
In addition, the Culinarium offers professional development courses for industry professionals, including food handlers’ certification, a bartending course and ice carving 101, among others.
