Public Notice - Notice Of Rulemaking District Board Of Trustees - Miami Dade College

Miami, April 16, 2014 - The Miami Dade College District Board of Trustees will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at the College’s Wolfson Campus, which is located at 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami.  The meeting will be held in Room 2106   (James K. Batten Community Room) and will begin at 8:00 a.m.  During the meeting, a Public Hearing will be held pertaining to the adoption of the Rule as follows:

RULE SUMMARY
The College is creating a policy to align internal grant seeking and grant management practice with new requirements of the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMBs) Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), 2CFR Part 200, The Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.  Written internal processes shall be housed in the Miami Dade College Grant Administration Guide.

2CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards
