Graduates and Guests Urged to Arrive Early at Commencement Ceremony Where U.S. Vice President Joe Biden Will Speak at Miami Dade College May 3; Overflow Viewing Space Also Available

Miami, May 2, 2014 - Miami Dade College (MDC) will provide a space for additional guests expected at the commencement ceremony featuring U.S. Vice President Joe Biden as keynote speaker on Saturday, May 3, at the Kendall Campus.

Relatives and guests of graduates from the Homestead and InterAmerican Campuses will be accommodated in Room 6120 once the gymnasium is at capacity. The entire ceremony will be streamed live to guests in that room.

This serves as a reminder to those expected to attend to arrive early to ensure they obtain a seat. Seating is based on a first come, first served basis. Once the gymnasium is full, guests will be directed to Room 6120.
