Book Fair continues to impress

Last year's 25th anniversary celebration of Miami Book Fair International was a tough act to follow, but the 26th edition proved to be up to the challenge.

As Wolfson Campus transformed into a magical literary landscape, people of all ages took part in the cultural and educational activities that make the Book Fair an annual favorite. Crowds poured in to enjoy the popular Street Fair, Twilight Tastings, Evenings With series, Comix Galaxy, Children's Alley and other exciting events, and the media supported our programming with an impressive amount of coverage.

This year’s success would not have been possible without our dedicated volunteers, staff and sponsors. Thank you especially to the executive director of the Florida Center for the Literary Arts, Alina Interián, who has been with the Book Fair for 18 years, and Delia López, director of operations for the Fair. I appreciate the extra hard work that went into ensuring the Book Fair's success in these challenging times.

We can all be proud to be a part of the best literary fair in the nation.

Thank you.

Eduardo
