Campus town meetings to discuss Strategic Plan 2010-2015
As you know, the College has been hard at work on developing our strategic direction for the next five years. This effort includes a thorough review of the mission, vision and values statements, environmental scanning and goal-setting, with broad input from faculty, staff, students and the community.
In the coming weeks, each campus will host a town meeting to present the MDC Strategic Plan 2010-2015, share new goals and objectives, and discuss the details and implementation timeframe. You will find the schedule for these meetings at the end of this message.
I cannot emphasize how important your feedback during and following these sessions is to MDC's success. Please make every effort to attend your campus town meeting and help us move forward together as one college.
I would like to thank the members of the Strategic Plan Coordinating Committee for their leadership and direction, and all of you for your enthusiastic participation throughout this process.
