MDC Honors 2012 Alumni Hall of Fame Inductees

Miami Dade College honored some of our most outstanding alumni at last week's 10th Annual Alumni Hall of Fame Awards Gala. Nearly 1,000 guests joined the celebration at the Hilton in downtown Miami, among them, 25 of the nation's premier business leaders, artists and public servants. A complete list of inductees is included at the end of this message.

The annual Hall of Fame Awards Gala benefits the Alumni Student Scholarship Fund, representing a prime source of scholarship funding and support for our students. I would like to thank all of the Hall of Fame attendees and our sponsors, in particular, Greenberg Traurig LLP, Higher One, Leon Medical Centers, Suffolk Construction, Florida Blue, Ford Motor Company, Miami Herald Media Company, Perry Ellis International, The Related Group and Target Corporation, for their generous contributions.

A very special thank you to all of the 2012 Hall of Fame inductees for their commitment to the community and to The Hall of Fame Planning Committee, the MDC Foundation and volunteers who made this year's ceremony so memorable.

Thank you.

Eduardo
