Vehicle usage is governed by college procedure 1470. The procedure provides a streamlined process for authorized employees to use College vehicles.
In order to use a College vehicle employees must complete the forms below and attend a required training session. Contact Public Safety for the next available training session.
North Campus Vehicle Request Forms
Reservations must be made a week in advance by e-mailing the Vehicle Reservations form to email@example.com.
If desired date is within a week of request the form must be walked to the dispatcher's office for approval.
MDC West Vehicle Request Form
To reserve a MDC vehicle for official business only, please use the electronic form below to submit your request to the Public Safety administration office for availability 2 weeks in advance.
