Florida Differentiated Accountability Program School Improvement Plan

SIP_300School for Advanced Studies develops annual School Improvement Plans (SIPs) that are in alignment with the District Strategic Plan and the Florida Department of Education and the "No Child Left Behind" federal legislation, the state and federal requirements.

The District Strategic Plan lists the prioritized goals and objectives of the District and describes the process for moving toward their attainment through the use of data driven information. Beginning with the 2008-2009 school year, Miami-Dade County Public Schools is participating in Florida's Differentiated Accountability Model, a four-year pilot program intended to merge the state and federal accountability programs.
