Vice President Joe Biden Delivers Commencement Speech At InterAmerican and Homestead Campus Graduation

Immigration reform was the focus of Vice President Joe Biden’s speech to InterAmerican and Homestead campus graduates on May 3. Approximately 15,000 students graduated at four separate Miami Dade College graduation ceremonies.
