James Evans
My Proudest Moment
My tenure at Miami-Dade College has been filled with many proud moments: I was proud to be a part of the first annual open house (as well as subsequent ones) at the Medical Center Campus, my appointment to the 1998-99 and 99-01 College Academic and Student Support Council, my reign as president of the support staff council, winner of the Reverend Theodore R. Gibson Community Service Award and my gubernatorial appointment as a member of the Human Rights Advocacy Committee.
What I Would Change, If I Could...
If I could change one thing in my life I believe that it would be that feeling of helplessness that came over me as I watched the attack on America unfold on the morning of September 11.
