  • Assist clients - Students, Faculty, Staff, and Administrators - to resolve network and connectivity problems.
  • Acquisition, Installation, and maintenance of personal computers and peripherals
  • Set up and maintenance of client accounts on the various servers on campus
  • Installation and maintenance on servers and individual workstations of software for use by clients
  • Installation of operating system software on servers
  • Establish and maintain system to provide daily backup of user and system files
  • Provide liaison with college-wide operations responsible for providing mainframe access to pc clients
  • Maintain inventory of toner and ink cartridges for printers and fax machines
  • Assist clients to maintain anti-virus software on computers
