Students eligible for testing accommodations as approved by the Access Department, should take the Instructor Notification Letter to their instructors at the beginning of each term. Subsequently, the student and instructor can negotiate the time and place of each exam and the manner in which the testing accommodations will be provided. However, students may also choose to take their exams in the MDC West Testing Department. In such a case, students should pick up a Test Administration Form from the Advisement and Career Services Department at MDC West, room 1200 2-S, at least 72 hours before each exam and deliver the Form to their course instructor. The student should remind the instructor that the exam and Test Administration Form should be received by the Academic Programs Office at least 24 hours before the exam. If the Test is not received in a timely manner, the student may not be able to be accommodated in the MDC West Testing Department.
