Amy Ibberson holds a Master of Music degree in Opera/Musical Theatre Performance from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Florida Southern College. Her directing credits include H.M.S. Pinafore, Le Nozze di Figaro, Into the Woodsand scenes from The Coronation of Poppea, La Traviata, Don Giovanni, Fidelio, Cosi fan Futte, The Mikado, and Carousel. As a performer, Ms. Ibberson's operatic roleshave included Belinda in Dido and Aeneas, Euridice in Orefeo and Euridice, Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, Despina in Cosi fan Tutte, as well as other soprano roles. Ms. Ibberson directs vocal studies in the Music program and is an active member of The National Association of Teachers of Singing. |
