Mark Cuban Foundation

MDC partnered with Mark Cuban Foundation to offer their AI Bootcamp in Miami. The AI Bootcamp is an opportunity for high school students in Miami to immerse themselves in artificial intelligence and machine learning. The program was held over three consecutive Saturdays in November 2024 at the Data Analytics Center at Kendall Campus. More Information.

IBM

MDC and IBM partnered on a joint mission to ensure that students have access to strategic skills necessary to succeed. IBM Global University donated more than $10 million in assets, including expert guest lectures, curriculum content, digital badges, software, and faculty training to build unique AI workforce offerings for MDC students and the community at large. Microsoft

MDC is collaborating with Microsoft AI Business School to develop applied AI courses for degree seeking students, C-level working professionals and the community at large. These courses will help business leaders and executives create data-driven and collaborative organizations, while learning a high-level overview of machine learning and deep learning, cognitive services, conversational bots and AI features in applications, among other technologies. National Science Foundation (NSF)

The National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded MDC almost $6 million in different grants to advance the development of AI programs locally and nationally.
