SECTION THREE:                                                        
The links below contains content that you must review, read, and acknowledge your understanding for the Paramedic program.  YOU MUST PRINT, FILL OUT, AND SIGN THESE DOCUMENTS.  THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE MANDATORY ON-CAMPUS ORIENTATION SESSION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PARAMEDIC PROGRAM. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THESE DOCUMENTS WILL RESULT IN ADMINISTRATIVE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PARAMEDIC PROGRAM.
