This award-winning print and digital ad campaign featured actual students who were facing unemployment or job change for various reasons. The Kick-Start program is designed to help people retool and retrain for high-skill, high-wage and in-demand positions. The testimonial ads featured beautifully shot photos of program participants sharing their real-life success stories, from being introduced to new career options to gaining access to training and certifications that provided the crucial competitive advantage for landing new jobs.
