The Senior Director of Campus Administration serves as the fiscal administrator for the campus and her duties are but not limited to:
Responsible for ensuring the availability of funds and timely payment of all obligations at the Campus, obtain funds due to the Campus from District, State of Florida and federally funded projects (grants).
Serving as the financial security administrator for the Campus and being responsible for updating and maintaining the security profile for all users and accounts. The process includes setting up and reviewing that the appropriate approval path matches the areas organizational structure.
Supporting the Campus in the acquisition of goods and services in accordance with College Policies and Procedures; developing specifications, approving purchase requisitions and contracts, administrating all contracts until final completion or termination.
Enforcing internal control procedures to encourage the efficient operation of the Campus and compliance with policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
Processing of transfers of funds and expenses as appropriate.
Advising and assisting the Campus President on budget issues.
Serving as fiscal agent for Region XIV of the Advisory Trust Fund.
Responsible for grant budget implementation and annual fiscal reports to awarding entities.
Responsible for cash collection as a result of sales during special events.
Preparing fiscal and special reports.
Representing the Campus/College in meetings and maintains liaison with regulatory officials.
