They are your first point of contact allowing you to talk about your concerns informally, privately and confidentially in a friendly and supportive environment. You will be helped to consider choices and suitable actions that may resolve the matter as well as making SGA MDC North Campus the best organization ever. An SGA Officer's role is to restore a harmonious academic environment wherever possible.
