Dear MDC Family,
On this upcoming Memorial day weekend, we honor all of the men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our county. It’s because of their courage and selflessness that the freedom we are able to enjoy today is preserved and protected.
During this holiday, we also commemorate those who have served and those who continue to serve, including members of our own MDC family. On behalf of Miami Dade College, we thank you for your bravery and service to our country. We are blessed to have individuals like you who have defended the values we hold dear.
As we reflect, I encourage you to take a moment to gather in person and participate in a number of events happening at all of our campuses to remember those who have fallen. All campuses at Miami Dade College will have a “Missing Man Table” throughout the week leading up to Memorial Day. Please stop by the table to learn about this special military tradition.
