Slate Meeting
Search Committee meets to review slate of candidates and decide whom to invite for 1st round interviews (target 8 - 10).

2-3-hour in-person meeting

November 5-6
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Candidate Interviews
Search Committee video interviews with selected candidates with aim of narrowing candidate pool to four to five finalist candidates for consideration by Trustees.

Two consecutive days (plus back-up dates if necessary), 75-90-minute meetings or video conferences with each candidate

November 12-13
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Finalists on Campus
Finalist candidates invited to campus for second round of in-person interviews with the Board of Trustees, Search Committee and key stakeholders. Intensive referencing, background checks and assessments conducted on the finalist candidate(s).

One day to one-and-a-half days per candidate

November 17
8 a.m.

Regular meeting
Board of Trustees meets to review feedback from the candidate visits and votes on new President.
