American Diabetes Association provides comprehensive information about diabetes prevention and treatment. Also contains information on weight loss, exercise and nutrition.

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International provides comprehensive information for kids, teenagers and their parents, who have been diagnosed with type 1 (juvenile) diabetes.

National Diabetes Education Program provides resources for people diagnosed with diabetes as well as patient education materials for health care professionals to use. Also offers information about diabetes awareness campaigns.
