West Testing
The West Testing Center provides placement and assessment services for Miami Dade College students, administrators, faculty, and the community at large. Our services include, but are not limited to, placement tests, prior learning assessments, virtual college proctored tests, high stakes exams, Pearson VUE assessments, certification testing and proctoring services for non-MDC assessments. The center also works with campus faculty to provide facility use and proctoring assistance with classroom/program assessments.
Testing Center Facilities
The West Testing Center is comprised of three testing rooms (two testing labs and a private room for special accommodations) with a total of 61 stations, which can be used for computerized testing and/or paper-pencil testing. The Center accommodates ACCESS testing for most examinations.
