College Provost for Operations - Dr. Rolando Montoya

Dr. Rolando MontoyaDr. Rolando Montoya is the college provost. Previously, he served as president of MDC’s Wolfson Campus in downtown Miami. He has also served MDC in various roles since 1987, and as a Professor he was recognized with the Carlos Arboleya/NationsBank and the Sun Trust Bank endowed teaching chairs. Dr. Montoya is a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Manager and he holds a doctorate in higher education administration from Florida International University.

College Provost for Academic and Student Affairs - Dr. Lenore Rodicio

Dr_Lenore-Rodicio_ThumbLenore Rodicio is the provost of Academic and Student Affairs for Miami Dade College (MDC). Dr. Rodicio previously served as Vice Provost for Student Achievement at MDC. Dr. Rodicio joined MDC in the fall of 2002 as an adjunct instructor of chemistry at the Kendall and InterAmerican campuses. Since that time, she has held a number of positions at the college including associate professor, Chair of Natural and Social Sciences, and dean of Academic Affairs. Dr.  Rodicio holds a bachelor of science degree in chemistry from Barry University and a doctor of philosophy degree in chemistry from Louisiana State University.
