The Mission of the Campus Support Services Department at the Hialeah Campus is to serve the needs of the campus, on the areas of Custodial, Duplicating, Mail, Reservations and Event Planning services as well as Facilities and the Information Desk. We strive to provide quality services that enhance the learning environments for the students, faculty, staff and community members.
Duplicating / Mail Services
The Duplicating and Mail Center provides services for the Hialeah Campus Administrators, Faculty and Staff. Our goal is to support and enhance the academic and administrative missions of the College by providing high quality, economical, and efficient copying services along with exceptional customer support.
Facilities / Campus Planner
The Campus Facilities Planning area serves as a liaison with the District Facilities Management Division on all projects that are directly related to the Hialeah Campus. All facility concerns are channeled through this area for discussion, action, and implementation. As part of Administrative Services, Campus Facilities Planning offers excellent service in a customer-friendly environment.
The Hialeah Campus information desk is located at the main entrance from the garage on the south entrance to the student commons. This desk is the hub where students are greeted and welcomed to the campus. The information desk serves as a reference to students inquiring about admissions, registration, financial aid, testing, learning resources, advisement, student life, continuing education, academic services, the campus café, vending machines, bookstore, and art gallery.
In addition, the front desk is the go-to place for all campus marketing materials, event information, and visitor assistance.
Hialeah Campus Art Gallery
The mission of the Hialeah Campus Art Gallery is to encourage appreciation and understanding of art and its role in society through direct engagement with original works of art. The Gallery exhibits make accessible works of art for the benefit of a variety of audiences, in support of the interdisciplinary educational goals of the college and for the benefit of the community at large.
