Hospitality Request Form

All requests must be submitted to the Department of Student Life by 4:30 p.m. within a minimum of 10 working days prior to the event.

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Approval is at the discretion of available funds to support requests.

1. Requests that will be considered are those catering to Miami Dade College students only
2. All late requests submitted to the Student Life Department must be approved by the Dean of Students
3. Justification for all late requests does not guarantee approval of the request
4. Student LIfe will respond to all requests within 72 hours of receiving the submission

Student Organizations

Please be advised that the amount needed to cover request must be available in your student organization account if you have exceeded your budgetary allocation of $100.00 per academic year.
