About the AI Bootcamp

The Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp is a free opportunity for high school students in Miami to immerse themselves in artificial intelligence and machine learning. No prior experience with coding is required for participation.

The AI Bootcamp will be held over consecutive Saturdays in November 2024 at the Data Analytics Centers at Miami Dade College's kendall Campus. Over the course of the three five -hour-long sessions, students will:

  • take a deep dive into AI and Machine Learning
  • learn what AI is and isn't
  • identify where is AI in their own lives
  • discuss the ethical implications of AI systems

The AI Bootcamp is open to students who:

  • attend high school (9th–12th grade) in Miami
  • have an interest in artificial intelligence
  • can attend in-person at the MDC Kendall Campus

Access to computers and food will be provided throughout the duration of the AI Bootcamp.
