We have changed our procedures for the Law Enforcement Physical Abilities Test. All testing is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. To reserve an appointment please email nac@ mdc.edu your proof of payment, Medical Consent Form and Test Data Form completed.
For payment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your PAT Payment Form and they will process payment virtually.
To obtain a Duplicate Score you must complete and do the following:
1. Email email@example.com to ensure your score is still valid (scores expire after 6 months).
Once receiving confirmation for a AC staff member:
Once payment has been completed, email the confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com, with your name and telephone number. Results will be delivered via email and are password protected. The last 4 digits of your social security will be the password.
The Physical Ability Test (PAT) is one component of the entry-level selection process for the position of Law Enforcement officer.
The Physical Abilities Test (PAT) is administered on a walk-in basis on the following days:
When reporting for the Physical Abilities Test, you MUST bring the following items:
Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the Practice PAT or PAT without the aforementioned items. No Exceptions
All Physical Ability Test Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Test results are on a pass/fail basis and will be provided to candidates immediately following the test.
