Faculty Travel Stipend
The National Applied AI Consortium is providing a travel stipend for community college faculty to attend the AI National Conference 2025 without financial barriers. Faculty that meet eligibility criteria can already apply for the $1,000 travel stipend to cover registration and travel expenses. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with AI thought leaders!
Travel Stipend Eligibility
To be eligible for the stipend, you must:
- Be a Full-Time Faculty currently teaching (or planning to teach in 2025) AI credit courses at an accredited community college in the United States.
- Physically attend all three days of the Conference, including specific events for recipients of the travel stipend.
- Reside 100 miles or more from Houston Community College.
Accepted faculty for the travel stipend will be notified by February 28, 2025. They must register for the event and make their own travel arrangements. The $1,000 stipend will be paid after the conference, based on attendance and completion of the event survey by April 18.
