Sarah Tuskey currently serves as Dean of Faculty at the Wolfson Campus of Miami Dade College. Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Faculty at the Kendall Campus, as well as Department Chair of Business at the Kendall Campus, and Department Chair of Business, Technology, and Engineering at the Homestead Campus. During her tenure at Miami Dade College, she has collaborated with stakeholders, both internally across the College and externally, to develop workforce aligned academic programs and secure resources that advance the institution. Prior to her service at Miami Dade, she was a member of the management team at the St. Thomas University Business School, where she advanced the School's undergraduate and graduate degree programs, maintained relationships with universities, colleges, and high schools, and extended the School's marketing reach.
She remains active in the South Florida community participating in local business and community organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida and an International MBA from Florida International University, and she is finalizing her PhD in Business with a concentration in Management from Virginia Tech. Her research in management has been featured in top academic journals, including the Academy of Management Proceedings and the Journal of Management.
