The Help Desk Support Technician Apprenticeship is designed to prepare apprentices with the technical knowledge and skills for employment as computer help desk and support technicians in commercial, industrial and government institutions. Apprentices have the opportunity to earn the Help Desk Support Technician College Credit Certificate, the CompTIA A+ and Network + certifications and a Certificate of Apprenticeship Completion issued by the Florida Department of Education and recognized by the United States Department of Labor.
