Review your unofficial transcript before ordering official transcripts.
Fees - All official transcript requests will be charged a $5.00 fee.
After logging in, go to your student center, click on “other academic” and then click on “transcript: request official.”
To mail a request, you must complete a Transcript Request Form, sign the form and include a clear and legible photocopy of your valid picture ID with signature (such as your driver's license).
Mailed requests must be sent to the address below. A check or money order must be made payable to Miami Dade College. All cash payments are only accepted in person on campus at the bursar's office.Miami Dade College Controller’s Office

All requests must be accompanied by a pre-paid and pre-addressed Express Mail/Priority PDF label which should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All arrangements must be made by the requestor.

Students should allow one (1) business day after payment has been received for t heir official academic transcript request to be processed. Once the transcript has been processed, it will be mailed via the US Postal Service. Students should allow for 3-7 business days (in-state) and 5-10 business days (out-of-state) for receipt of the transcript.
Note: Official transcript requests will not be processed at the end of each term for students enrolled due to grade processing (two (2) business days) and graduation processing (seven (7) business days). A notification is posted online at https://www.mdc.edu/transcripts/official.aspx to alert students at the end of every term.
Once an official transcript has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
