What doeschange-makingmean to you? How doyoudefine whatchange-makingis to someone who's never heard the term?

Changemaking is the personal process of discovering what you're passionate about and work to actively create change.

Why do you consider yourselfachangemaker? What issues are at the center of yourchangemaking work?

I consider myself a changemaker because I have discovered a passion for helping others in my community. I've had the opportunity of working on various volunteer and research projectsfrom human trafficking, to food waste, to education.

Fill in the blank: "To be a changemaker, it is important to: ______________________."

Be passionate.

What would you tell a student who would like to start their journey as achangemaker?

In becoming a changemaker, it's important to find a passion. It can be something you have committed years to or a topic you found an interest in yesterday. If you enjoy exploring an issue and want to make positive contributions to change your community andeventually the world, no matter the topic, you are a changemaker!
